October 2015 Newsletter

RJ WebBuilder 2.0 Newsletter

Dear Webmasters:

It's hard to believe, but Biennial 2015 is less than two weeks away. If you are going to be in attendance, I would certainly like the chance to meet you. I will be offering office hours and individual meetings. For much of the Biennial, I will be stationed at the URJ booth in the exhibit hall. Office hours have yet to be determined, but please feel free to stop by and if I am there, I'd be happy to sit down and chat. If you would like to set up an individual meeting, please do so through the Biennial App.

Some of you have already taken advantage of our new custom, mobile-friendly templates.

If you have yet to request one and would like to, please let me know. We will work with you to install these new templates and ensure a smooth transition.

Please help me congratulate those congregations who have gone live recently.

Did You Know?

You Can Listen to Jewish Rock Radio on Your Site
Jewish Rock Radio (JRR) is the first high-caliber online Jewish rock radio station, playing cool and contemporary music 24/7. Bring some of the excitement JRR offers to your congregation's website by installing the JRR Portable Player widget. The JRR portable player allows website visitors to listen to Jewish music while they browse your site. A special pre-Biennial show will take place Monday, October 26 at 8 PM ET. Learn how.

Staying in Touch

We are challenged in reaching current webmasters due to high turnover and changes in email addresses. If you are receiving this email, you are the person who was reported to the URJ to be handling your congregation's website. If there are additional people who need to be on this list or if you need to get off this list, please send corrected information to datamgmt@urj.org.
