Dear Webmasters:

I hope that you and your families are enjoying the start of summer to the best of your ability.

We’re kicking off summer with the official release of the Reform Movement Marketplace. This service provides URJ member congregations with convenient, discounted access to products and services that strengthen daily congregational operations. The Marketplace services and products include bulk access to PPE kits, discounted licenses for livestreaming, savings on mobile 4G hotspots and home office supplies, helpful resources and so much more. Learn more about What the New Reform Movement Marketplace Can Do for Your Congregation.

Please note my time away from the office the next two months during the weeks of June 22-26 and July 20-24. During those periods, please submit your requests via the ticket system as those will be monitored for urgent or emergency issues (but my emails will not be monitored).

And as always, don’t forget to utilize the Communications group or the RJ Web Builder group in The Tent as a place to share resources, ask questions, and connect with other communities.

Please help me congratulate the congregation who has gone live recently on RJ Web Builder 3.0 (a full list is always available on the help site):

Bulletin Tip of the Month

Communicating about the coronavirus isn’t easy. Try utilizing these three guidelines for writing about the virus in your congregational communications.

Ideas for High Holiday Planning are Available

Hard to believe, but the High Holidays are right around the corner. Our goal is to get ahead of what your congregation needs and be responsive to what you ask for. In partnership with many bodies of the Reform Movement (ACC, ARJE, CCAR, ECE-RJ, HUC-JIR, NATA, NFTY, RAC, and PEP-RJ), we’re gathering, creating, and distributing a variety of resources to help you prioritize your community’s health, safety, and spiritual wellbeing throughout the High Holiday season.

Rosh Hashanah Print and Digital Bulletin Ads are Available

Use these Rosh Hashanah camera-ready ads for your congregation's newsletter or bulletin (print or email) and on your website or Facebook page.

You Can Experience the Magic of Reform Movement Camps and Teen Programs from Home

With everything from song sessions to cooking demos; pillowcase auctions to Zumba. In addition to all the fun stuff, there are plenty of opportunities to join in on important discussions, and just de-stress. There are even sessions tailored to parents! Check it out at URJYouth.org/Virtual-Communities.

Staying in Touch

We are challenged in reaching current webmasters due to high turnover and changes in email addresses. If you are receiving this email, you are the person who was reported to the URJ to be handling your congregation's website. If there are additional people who need to be on this list or if you need to get off this list, please send corrected information to datamgmt@urj.org.
