I went to the above-mentioned site and read about, "Participating in the Community", but there appears to be differences between the RJ Web Builder 2.0 Community and the Zen Desk Community. The interfaces seem to be somewhat different in the, "Posting to the Community" video, It also does not appear that an answer can be accepted. Also, the Markdown for text formatting does not appear to be enabled for Community entries or for Ticket submittals.
How do I get around the community?
