Readability in Topic list

Unfortunately, I suspect part of the difficulty is caused by your monitor. Low end monitors, particularly those bundled with PCs, do not have the ability to display very many colors. You might be able to fiddle with your monitor's settings to make the grey more visible, but you might wind up losing certain shades of yellow (for example). That would be a short term solution for you.

Whoever controls this system could probably pick a better color, such as dark blue.

Thanks for the suggestion Jerry. I do a lot of photography work so I actually I have a pretty good monitor.

You understand what I was talking about (gamut). I can tell you that I can see the light gray; but I don't enjoy reading it.

Have you had your eyes checked lately? :<)

We're on the same page. I can see the light gray -- if I couldn't see it then I couldn't see it. But it should be obvious, not something you have to really look at to see easily.
