Deb, are you referring to the Counting of the Omer script? Please submit a support ticket and I can look into this for you. Thanks.

FollowCustom HTML and Javascript
Per April's newsletter, I want to create a custom HTML module and embed the Javascript it references; however, Joomla keeps stripping the Javascript. I am logged in as super user with "no filtering" configured and am using the JCE editor. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks,
De

Yes, it's for counting Omer.
I'm having the same problem. I don't see the resolution posted yet. Is embedding javascript into a custom html module a supported capability?
I've been doing this for a couple of years but it's not automatic. You have to switch to the HTML view instead of the WYSIWYG view in the editor. Add the JavaScript and then save. Once you exit the editor while it's in HTML view, Joomla will remember this and resume in HTML view but only for the current session. If you log out and log in again or find that the editor is in WYSIWYG mode then you immediately switch to HTML view, cancel without saving, and then reopen the editor so it opens in HTML view. If you accidentally save while in WYSIWYG mode, it will strip the JavaScript. It will retain the JavaScript as long as you save while in HTML mode.
Yes, you should be able to embed java into a Custom HTML module. Open the module, click on the show/hide button above the text box, that will open up the HTML editor. Paste the code there. I checked the settings on your site so there shouldn't be any problems with this. If it doesn't work for you, please submit a support ticket.
