URJ servers have been down since 4:45 am EST and haven't yet gone up. Our website is affected and completely down since.

Website instability - August 20-22 - Other sites?
Our website has gone down twice in the last few days. Support indicates there was a problem with the database. Are other URJ-supported sites experiencing this problem?

Yes, there's been some kind of intermittent problem with the MySQL database engine. When that happens, all of the sites go down. Fortunately, it usually restarts quickly; but that doesn't mean it won't fail again until the underlying problem gets fixed.
I'd be willing to bet that our hosting company, and possibly the URJ folks, get an alarm of some kind.
