I changed the status of one article I wanted to update to "archive," so an "article not found" message comes up when you click the button for the article. However, I thought I'd better put the old article back until I finish editing the new one. It no longer appears in the articles list, and when I click the Archive button, it instructs me to pick an article first--but it's not there to pick! What do I do?

In the default view of Articles the archived articles do not show up. To get them to show up you can click on the Search Tools button and then select status of Archive (or All). Then you will be able to access the archived article to change it to published.
