How to Change a Template Color
In prior versions I could change a template color in the style sheet but I can't find the style sheet in 3. How do I access the style sheet to make that change?

The issue isn't the options. There are only three style sheets available and the colors on the borders surrounding the modules and logo are don't fit our branding. I'd like to change the blue to something different but can't access the CSS
