PayPal PlugIn not working in RS Forms Pro

Is anyone else having issue with the PayPal PlugIn in RS Forms Pro not working? It appears that a recent upgrade has rendered all the PayPal related features non-functional. Within my RSForm, where the PayPal fields used to be there is text indicating the component is not available.

I had to go and re-enable the PayPal PlugIn, but it appears as if the Plug-In may not be in synch with the new release of RS Forms Pro.
