Ticket system not working

I can't submit new support tickets. It looks like it's working, but the new tickets don't show up in the "My activities" area and I don't get any email acknowledgement

Granted, I've been posting a lot of tickets lately, but there shouldn't be any limit. Am I alone in seeing this?
